Summer is for sunshine, patio nights, lake days, chasing kids through sprinklers, and sipping something refreshing in your favorite cup at a campfire. But what if your mocktail could actually support your hormones too?
At Roots Wholistic Health, we love helping women understand that your hormones are not working against you — they’re communicating with you. One of our favorite ways to support women naturally is through Cycle Syncing.
What is Cycle Syncing?
Cycle syncing is the practice of eating, moving, and supporting your body based on the 4 phases of your menstrual cycle. Your hormones shift every week, which means your body’s nutritional needs shift too.
When you support your hormones in each phase, women often notice:
More energy
Better moods
Less PMS
Improved ovulation
Better fertility
Healthier periods
Reduced cravings
Better sleep
Improved metabolism
And yes…you can even cycle sync your SUMMER COCKTAILS. 🍹
