DIGESTION

Food allergies and sensitivities can trigger the immune system to "overreact" causing a multitude of different health conditions and digestive issues.  Testing your IgG antibodies will tell you which foods are creating inflammation in your gut and causing your body to attack itself.

Can certain foods cause issues with my skin?

Yes!  Your skin is a mirror of what is going on in your intestines (digestive tract). If you are experiencing acne, eczema, rosacea, rashes, psoriasis, or itching, you could have a food sensitivity or allergy.

Should I feel so bloated and gassy after I eat?

No!  Bloating and gas is a sign that you are not properly digesting your food.  This can cause other issues outside of the digestive system including but not limited to brain fog, sore joints, fatigue, skin issues, and sleep.

Stomach Ache

Can persistent constipation or diarrhea be a sign of food allergies?

Yes!  Persistent constipation and diarrhea are symptoms of deeper underlying issues.  For example, constipation is a sign that you are not getting the nutrients your body needs.  Diarrhea is a sign that your body is trying to get rid of something it does not like.

Does your skin keep you itching and your bowels keep you guessing?
